Shipping/ Return / Exchange Policies

Refund Policy

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Also, know that screen monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.

We're not responsible for any mis-sizing, please review the size chart carefully. All of our clothing is unisex unless specified otherwise.

Bulk Orders

  • We welcome large orders from businesses and organizations. For pricing, custom requests, or bulk inquiries, please contact us directly.

Shipping

  • Shipping can take up to 1 week to 4 weeks. This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
  • The responsibility is on the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is put in place before ordering.Please check and make sure you put the BEST address for a successful delivery or reach out to us right away if you need to update it.
  • f you have problems with items being stolen in a communal postal unit - please input a secure safe location as we are not responsible for stolen items.
  • We cannot help with orders that show it's already been delivered. You can check with your local post office, provide your tracking number and confirm delivery.
  • For our up north customers who would like freight shipping, please contact us before placing your order to make arrangements. Customer will be responsible for paying freight costs.

Returns

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product, please send us an email with any concerns
  • Altered or washed garments are not returnable.
    Returns must be authorized by Peter Wesley Desiigns.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (please provide proof of shipment being returned e.g. email us a photo of item being returned with tracking number - we don't guarantee we will receive your returned item).
    Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please only return to the address we provide
  • Please kindly use a postal service that is trackable. In the event of package loss or package damage during transit we will not be responsible in such cases.

Exchanges

  • In store exchanges.
  • You will only be allowed to cancel or change an order within 24 hours of your order. All requests will be denied after 24 hours because orders will already be in production.

Refunds

  •   In case the item(s) are damaged/flawed upon delivery please send an email with photos and we can send a replacement or refund (allow up to 10 business days for refunds)
  •   On approved returns and confirmation of item being returned with tracking including (photo proof) we will send a refund (allow up to 10 business days)
